140 Elizabeth Street is a new 10-storey commercial and office tower with six levels of basement car parking. The project also involved the refurbishment of three levels of the adjacent building at 141 Queen Street in the Queen Street Mall, the retail centre of Brisbane's CBD. The lower levels of 141 Queen Street and 140 Elizabeth Street were interconnected with a pedestrian walkway which includes shops and an ‘Eat Street’ restaurant precinct.
